After years of debate I decided to get my Expecto Patronum tattoo on July 15, 2011.  Couldn’t quite decide if I wanted to permanently ink my dorkness.  :)  Obviously I adore Harry Potter but have hold a special place for Expecto Patronum.  I’ve loved the charm since I first read about it.  I fell deeper in love with the idea after seeing it in use during the Prisoner of Azkaban movie.  To me it represents all things light and love.  A manifestation of beautiful light in the shape of a kindred animal that encompasses all your joy and happiness as it repeals evil is so powerful.  There is no room for negativity when conjuring this spell even though there are dark soul suckers all around.  I have not yet mastered this in life but it is what I strive for.
